About Justin Frost
Strength training is at the center of what I do.
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked directly with clients in one-on-one strength training, coaching people with a wide range of abilities, goals, and experience levels. Over that time, I’ve supervised thousands of strength-training sessions and helped clients build strength safely, progress consistently, and develop training routines they can maintain over the long term.
My approach is built around four principles: safe, personalized, efficient, and consistent. Every program is designed around the individual—their goals, abilities, limitations, training history, and needs—and adjusted as they get stronger.
My background in the fire service has also shaped the way I think about strength and aging. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how the loss of strength, mobility, and physical capacity can affect everyday life and independence. That experience reinforces why I believe maintaining strength is one of the most important things we can do as we get older.
My goal is simple: help people build and maintain the strength they need to stay capable, confident, and independent.
Our Approach
My training philosophy is built around four principles:
• Safety — training matched to your abilities and limitations
• Personalized — every program is built around the individual
• Efficiency — focused 20–30 minute strength-training sessions
• Consistency— sustainable training designed for long-term progress
The goal is not to fill an hour. The goal is to provide the right amount of focused strength training and build a routine you can maintain over time.

Why This Matters
The goal isn’t simply to exercise. The goal is to build and maintain the strength needed to keep doing the things that matter to you.
Getting up from a chair. Carrying groceries. Traveling. Working around the house. Playing with grandchildren. Staying active. Living independently.
Strength supports all of it.
My goal is to help you build a sustainable strength-training routine that fits your life and helps you stay strong for the long term.
